6This software and associated documentation files (the "Software") are the
7exclusive property of Steve Cross. By installing, copying, accessing, or
8otherwise using the Software, you ("Licensee") agree to be bound by the terms
9of this License Agreement.

111. GRANT OF LICENSE
12 Steve Cross grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable,
13 non-sublicensable license to install and use the Software solely for the
14 internal operations of Licensee's organization. All rights not expressly
15 granted to Licensee are reserved by Steve Cross.

172. RESTRICTIONS
18 Licensee may NOT:
19 - Distribute, sell, sublicense, lease, rent, or otherwise make the Software
20 available to any third party.
21 - Modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive
22 the source code of the Software.
23 - Remove or alter any copyright notices, trademarks, or proprietary labels
24 found in the Software.

263. OWNERSHIP
27 Steve Cross retains all right, title, and interest in and to the
28 Software, including all intellectual property rights. Licensee acknowledges
29 that no ownership rights are transferred.

314. SUPPORT AND UPDATES
32 Any support, maintenance, or updates must be covered under a separate
33 written agreement. Steve Cross is under no obligation to provide
34 support unless purchased separately.

365. TERMINATION
37 This license is effective until terminated. Steve Cross may terminate
38 this license immediately if Licensee breaches any term of this Agreement.
39 Upon termination, Licensee must cease all use of the Software and destroy
40 all copies.

426. NO WARRANTY
43 The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or
44 implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of
45 merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

477. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
48 In no event shall Steve Cross be liable for any damages arising out of
49 or related to the use or inability to use the Software, including but not
50 limited to incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages.

528. GOVERNING LAW
53 This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which
54 Steve Cross operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
